About Us

The Switzer Hych Group is named after Mr. Irvin H. Switzer and his son Daryl Hych. Mr. Switzer passed away several years ago; however, Mr. Hych decided to keep his father's sound counsel and knowledge exchange continuing by naming the company after his father. Our company was founded on the idea of helping those in need. We are a multi-tiered organization offerring many services across a broad spectrum of expertise ranging from Communications to Business Development Consultation. Every since our organization was established, we have endeavored to provide help where the need is greatest.

In the early phases of starting the company we were in a rat race to try to help any and everyone we could, this process did not render the return we hoped for. In early 2014, we decided to change our focus on helping those who have the same values we have. Our values are quite simple, do the best job for the ones who need us at the moment, do not compromise for quantity, remain focus driven and results orientated.

Mr. Hych, the President of the organization currently serves in the US Navy as a Command Career Counselor. His experience as a Career Counselor affords him the opportunity to speak into thousands of Service Members lives and help them make life changing decisions. He has traveled the world and back. He and his family reside just North of Malibu, Ca. overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Through his traveling around the world it has given him an opportunity to see things from a different view and perspective affording us a competitive edge over like organizations. Mr. Hych owns and has operated several other business ventures that keeps him actively involved with an every changing marketplace. Over the last 20 years Mr. Hych has been speaking to audiences from subjects ranging from religion, politics, entrepreneurship and process improvements for organizations.

Our goal is to empower the "little guy" the person who is doing everything he can to make it, but simply need a little assistance. As you navigate through our website ask yourself, "What frustrates you about your current situation?" We are here to help relieve you of such frustration. Simply call us or send us an email and we will begin the process.
